Welcome to kanoony.com (the “Website”). The owner and operator of the Website are KANOONY CORPORATE SERVICES PROVIDERS L.L.C, a Limited Liability Company – Single Owner (LLC – SO) registered in the United Arab Emirates (“Kanoony”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”).

United Arab of Emirates is our country of domicile, and the governing law is the local law.

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern the access to and/or use by you, from within any country in the world of the Website, its content and services, including but not limited to, electronic signature, downloads and uploads, display, delivery, acknowledgment, and storage for documents and other materials and instruments (the “Services”).

Individuals under the age of 18 ("Minors") are not permitted to register as users or conduct transactions on this Website.

Usage of this Website affirms you are 18 years of age or older; any breach may result in immediate termination of your account.

Payment Terms

Payment: We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express payments in the United Arab Emirates Dirham (AED).

Currency: Payments in other currencies will be converted by your card provider, and we're not responsible for any losses from currency conversion.

Charges: We may apply a surcharge for Visa, MasterCard or American Express use, communicated to you before completing the payment.

Authorization: By agreeing to these terms, you authorize us to charge your card upon order confirmation.

Security: We use secure encryption to protect your card data.

Privacy: We won't store or share your credit card information without your permission, except as legally required.

Disputes: Disputes regarding charges should be reported to us promptly.

Payment confirmation: Following the completion of your payment, a confirmation notice will be dispatched to your specified email address within a period of 24 hours to acknowledge successful transaction. Furthermore, a receipt for your payment will also be forwarded within the same 24-hour period for your records.

Cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.

Subscription

By subscribing to our services, you acknowledge and agree to our auto-renewal policy. This means that unless and until you cancel your subscription, it will automatically renew on its expiry date for the same period of time. The applicable subscription fee will be charged to your preferred payment method on the renewal date. It is your responsibility to review your subscription and cancellation terms, and to cancel your subscription if you do not want it to renew.

Refund Policy

Please note, once a document has been downloaded, we are unable to issue refunds. We kindly urge you to carefully verify the accuracy of your selection prior to finalizing your purchase.

Your access to and/or use of the Services constitutes your agreement to be bound by these Terms and establishes a contractual relationship between you and KANOONY CORPORATE SERVICES PROVIDERS L.L.C. If you do not accept these Terms, you may not access and/or use the Services as they supersede any prior agreement or arrangement whether written or oral.

Kanoony may immediately terminate these Terms or the Services (partially or fully), or instantly cease any access to the Services or any portion thereof, at any time without any reason, and without any responsibility on the part of Kanoony.

Supplemental terms may apply to certain Services, such as services offered by a third-party. Supplemental terms are in addition to, and shall be deemed a part of, these Terms for the purposes of the applicable Services.

Kanoony may amend the Terms related to the Services from time to time, and such amendments will be effective upon publishing such updated Terms on the Website. Your continued access to and/or use of the Services after publishing such amendments constitutes your consent to be bound by the amended Terms.

OFAC and Sanctioned countries

We do not engage in trade or provide services to countries sanctioned by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC).

By using our services, you attest that you are not located in, under control of, or a national or resident of any such sanctioned countries.

Any violations of these conditions may result in immediate termination of Services and legal action, as required.

Our collection and use of personal information in relation to the Services is subject to Kanoony's Privacy Policy located at https://kanoony.com/en/privacy-policy and procedures that may be published by Kanoony from time to time which shall be incorporated herein by reference. User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his account.

You will be required to register with the Website. You agree to keep your password confidential and will be responsible for all use of your account and password. We reserve the right to remove, reclaim, or change a username you select if we determine, in our sole discretion, that such username is inappropriate, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

Kanoony shall have no responsibility for unauthorized access to your account, and/or automatic forwarding of messages and/or viruses (caused by viruses or otherwise).
