Description

According to Article 13 of Federal Decree-Law No. 33 of 2021 on Regulation of Labour Relations, the employer is under an obligation to invest in developing the skills of his employees and provide the minimum number of training, qualification and empowerment tools and programs.

Article 39 of the same, states that the employer is entitled to impose certain disciplinary penalties on employees who violate the provisions of the labour law, which are regulated by the implementing regulation of the labour law.
