This “Termination Certification” is a document that may be issued by an employer should the latter wish to confirm the termination of its former employee in writing.
Such confirmation may be required by any organization or authority for any purpose in relation to the rights and obligations of the former employee.
This “Termination Certification” should be signed by the ex-employer through its authorized signatory.
