The client shall co-operate with the service provider in all matters relating to the services, inform the service provider of any changes in the schedule which involves the provision of the Services, and inform the service provider of the  expected number of customers.

The agreement also covers the scope of services to be provided, the quality of services, the duration of the agreement and the fees.
