Special Power of attorney to Manage Company by Heirs

Document Summary

This document is used by a legal guardian of an inheritance to appoint an attorney who is also a partner in the company to represent this company before authorities and ministries in the United Arab Emirates and abroad. The attorney represents the company before courts of all degrees in the United Arab Emirates and abroad. The attorney has the power to sign all documents related to the management of the company.

Description

According to article 927 of Federal Law No. 5 of 1985 on the Civil Transactions Law of the United Arab Emirates (as amended), the power of attorney is special if it is restricted to one or more specific matters.

According to article 929 of the same law, any act that is not one of management or preservation requires a special mandate specifying its nature and all acts incidental thereto as required in the mandate.
