This letter is used by a company to inform the service provider about its decision to cancel the service which is being provided to it by the service provider and terminate the contract.
This letter contains the clause of the contract under which the company is permitted to terminate the contract. This letter should be sent by email/fax/hand/registered mail or by another appropriate method provided that this is stipulated in the contract.
