Description

This agreement aims to formally end the employment relationship and protect the interests of both parties involved.

According to Article 42 of Federal Decree-Law No. 33 of 2021 on Regulation of Labour Relations, the employment contract shall be terminated upon the parties written agreement, expiry of the period specified in the contract unless extended or renewed, at the request of either party provided that a notice period is served, death of the employer if the subject of the contract is related to him in person, death or permanent total disability of the employee, sentencing the employee by a final judgement with a freedom-restricting penalty for a period of not less than (3) three months, permanent closure  of the company, bankruptcy or insolvency of the employer, or failure of the employee to meet the conditions of work permit renewal for any reason beyond the control of the employer.
