Description

This agreement does not establish an employment relationship between the contractor and the company, a contractor is engaged by the company to perform a specific service without being entitled to any employment benefits under the UAE Labour Law.

According to Article 872 of Federal Law No. 5 of 1985 on the Civil Transactions Law (as amended), a contract for work is one by virtue of which one of the parties undertakes to do a piece of work in consideration of a remuneration which the other party undertakes to pay.
