This document is a second breach letter and is usually used after the tenant receives many  a first breach letter and remains in breach of the tenancy agreement .  

This letter includes the reason of breach in addition to the relevant clause. The landlord gives the tenant a period of certain days to take actions and remedy the breach.


This letter shows the failure of the tenant to perform obligations related to tenancy agreement between him and the landlord. It mentions that legal actions will be taken if the breach remains .  A copy of this letter should be kept by the landlord in tenant’s file.
