This document records the details of each individual partner or shareholder. Any change or update to the register of individual shareholders must be communicated to the competent authority and the company’s registrar within 15 days from such change or update.

However, the 15 days may vary depending on the relevant authority.

Description

According to Article 10 of the Cabinet Decision No. 109 of 2023 On the Regulation of the Real Beneficiary Procedures:

A legal person shall keep details of each individual shareholder from among natural persons provided that the following is included:

• The number of shares owned by each Shareholder, their categories, and the voting rights related to them.
• The date of acquiring capacity as a shareholder.
• For partners or shareholders from among natural persons: The full name according to what is mentioned in the identity card or travel document, as well as the nationality, address, place of birth, and the name and address of the employer, along with a valid true copy of the identity card or the travel document.
