By getting your employees to sign this Form, they acknowledge your comments on their performance.

If a Probation Period Review Form is not used, your new hires will not have any clarity on what is expected from them as they will not receive constructive feedback in their first months of employment. You will also risk that your new employees may develop unsatisfactory work habits.
