Description

This lease agreement is drafted in accordance with DIFC Law No. 1/2020 (Leasing Law), DIFC leasing regulations and DIFC Law No. 10/2018 (Real Property Law).

As per article 3 of the DIFC Leasing Law, this law does not apply to a lease that is used for serviced apartments or hotel inventory leased as part of a hotel provided they are appropriately licensed to do so, or if the lease is entered into by parties to a mortgage of the leased premises in accordance with the terms of the mortgage.
