This “Offer Letter of Recommendation” is used by an employer when the employee has resigned from the employment, and as a goodwill gesture towards the employee, the employer offers to issue a letter of recommendation, if it is required by the employee.
This “Offer Letter of Recommendation” should be signed by the authorized signatory of the employer. It should be noted that this letter may be sent by mail/hand/email or by any other appropriate method. |
