This notice of termination for breach of a commercial contract is designed to be used by an aggrieved party to terminate a contract if the aggrieving party fails to perform its contractual obligations under such contract.
When a party to a contract fails to fulfil its obligations under that contract, the aggrieved party has several choices varying from disregarding the breach to terminating the contract and taking legal action.
This template is about the termination of a contract and expressing intention to initiate legal action. The breaching party is informed that, as a result of their breach, the aggrieved party is treating the contract as terminated and considering seeking remedies.
