Force majeure is an event beyond a party’s reasonable control that prevent or delay the party’s performance. This letter is used by a party to notify the other party that a force majeure happened, and deliverables are delayed.
This letter refers to the agreement concluded between the parties and refers also to the force majeure occurred and its impact on the party’s ability to continue to perform the contractual obligations imposed. |
