This maternity leave policy outlines the regulations and criteria governing the leave granted to female employees who are pregnant and/or require time off to care for their newborn child.
The purpose of this policy is to ensure equal employment opportunities for all individuals, including female employees who are expectant or new mothers.
This Maternity Leave policy is drafted in accordance with the provisions of the DIFC Employment Law No.2 of 2019 as amended by DIFC Law No. 4 of 2020 and DIFC Law No. 4 of 2021.
