Eviction is the civil process by which a landlord may legally request the eviction of a tenant from a leased premises.
A landlord can evict a tenant if they are selling the leased premises.
This eviction notice period shall not be less than 12 months under a notice to be served through a notary.
From the day the eviction notice is received by the tenant, the Notified Party will have 12 months to vacate the leased premises and give it back to the landlord in its initial condition.
If the Tenant chooses to use the Leased Premises during the 12 months notice period, the tenant must keep paying the due rent.
