This notice can not be sent if the parties have a previous agreement stating otherwise.

Description

Pursuant to Law No. 33 of 2008 Amending some Provisions of Law No. 26 of 2007 Regulating the Relationship between Landlord and Tenants in the Emirate of Dubai, the landlord may request evicting the tenant from the property before expiry of the lease term if the leased property is a commercial store and left inoperative by the Tenant without an acceptable reason for 30 successive days or 90 intermittent days a year, and unless otherwise is agreed on between the parties.
