Description

Pursuant to Law No. 33 of 2008 Amending some Provisions of Law No. 26 of 2007 Regulating the Relationship between Landlord and Tenants in the Emirate of Dubai, the landlord may request evicting the tenant from the property before expiry of the lease term if the tenant subleases the property or any part thereof without the landlord’s prior written consent, and in such case eviction shall apply to both the tenant and subtenant, and the latter shall have the right to claim the former for compensation.
