This “Internship Agreement” is used by companies to engage an individual for an internship with the company for a limited period of time and to set forth the extensive terms and conditions related to the internship. The company uses such agreement when the intern is work-shadowing and is not, considered to be a fixed term employee.
This “Internship Agreement” should be signed by both parties. The employer can sign it through its authorized signatory and the intern can sign it in his/her individual capacity. It should be noted that this contract shall be made in two counterparts one for the employer and the other for the intern. |
