It provides employees with assurance that their employer is committed to preventing harassment and bullying at work. It contains directions on how to face bullying informally and through a proper formal procedure.

This Policy refers to most known illicit basis of discrimination and harassment, including age, race, sex, and disability. It sets out the employer’s commitment to protect its personnel from bullying and harassment.

The Federal Decree-Law 33 of 2021 (Labour Law) bans all types of sexual harassment and bullying (oral/physical/psychological).
