This Flexible Working Arrangement Request is used by an employee who has recently became parent to request a flexible work schedule in the period after the end of maternity or paternity leave.
This provide an employee (Parent) the option to ask for a flexible arrangement in terms of working to adapt to the life of parenting.
It is important to note that in the Middle East and North Africa region employees are expected to resume work after the statutory maternity/paternity leave and it is fully discretional for the employer to approve or reject the request included in this Letter.
