This Extension of Memorandum of Understanding is made between the Parties, who agree to extend their original MOU for a new period of time on the same terms as the original agreement.

This is a legally binding agreement between two parties wherein they have agreed to extend a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) that had expired without fulfilling its intended purpose.
