This letter serves as a confirmation by the employee that his employment with the employer will terminate, and as such the employee acknowledges that he received all his employment entitlements and benefits, as well as confirms his surviving obligations.
According to article 10 of the Federal Decree-Law No. 33 of 2021 Regarding the Regulation of Employment Relationship, the employer can require the employee not to compete with him for a period not exceeding two years from the expiry of the employment contract.
It should be noted that this letter may be sent by email or by any other appropriate method.
