This dismissal letter is issued by a company when it decides to dismiss an employee from work without prior notice for reason of employee’s misconduct or unacceptable performance.
Pursuant to article 44 of Federal Decree-Law No. 33 of 2021, the employer may dismiss the employee without notice after conducting a written investigation with him and the dismissal decision shall be in writing and justified and the employer or its representative shall hand it over to the employee.
The reason for dismissal must be one of the reasons mentioned in this article.
