This deed of surrender is an agreement between the landlord and the tenant to end the lease before the end of the contractual term. The tenant has an obligation to vacate and surrender the leased premises to the landlord on the specified date. This document is used for commercial lease agreement specifically.
The tenant must fulfill all his obligations towards the landlord before surrendering the leased premises.
An attached handover certificate must be signed by both of the parties as proof of complete physical delivery of the leased premises.
