This document is used in the event when the leased premises becomes unfit for occupation, but the tenant refuses to vacate the Leased Premises despite the lessor sending a written notice indicating the risks. It is used to release the landlord of any liability. The tenant acknowledges and waives in this document any rights for claiming any compensation and bears the full responsibility for not leaving the Leased Premises.
